On March 30th, 2017, SpaceX launched an SES communications satellite to a geostationary transfer orbit on the world's first reused liquid fueled orbital class rocket booster. This exact booster had first flown on CRS-8 for NASA in 2016. This was a very historic moment in space history, representing a paradigm shift, proving a bright future for reusable rockets.
