An Everyday Astronaut original photograph by me, Tim Dodd.
In 2015, I was invited to visit NASA's Plum Brook Station where I got to see their massive Reverberant Acoustic Test Facility that uses nitrogen horns to blast sounds up to 163 decibels in order to put spacecraft through their paces. I took my Fender Thinline Telecaster with me too, although unfortunately, the horns can't play music, they just blast certain frequencies. Still awesome nonetheless.
